We plan to conduct an upgrade maintenance on our Hong Kong BGP servers from the evening of April 8th to April 9th. This upgrade will involve hardware updates and system upgrades to address known issues.
To ensure data security, all Hong Kong BGP data will be migrated to our Japan BGP during the upgrade. The update is expected to take approximately 12 hours.
During the upgrade, you will receive an email indicating the corresponding IP address of the Japan BGP after migration. You can use this IP address to access the server normally.
After the upgrade is completed, all data will be migrated back to the Hong Kong BGP, and the original IP configurations will remain unchanged.
We appreciate your understanding and support. As a gesture of apology, all Hong Kong BGP users will receive one month of complimentary service after the upgrade is completed.
